The LRO came into force on 8th January 2012, together with the new CREDS - the FSA regulations.  ACE has run 8 seminars across the country in January to help its credit unions register their new rules and work out how to word their new common bond and membership qualifications.  Watch out for a newsletter which will be coming out shortly in a question and answer format which will try to answer the interesting questions which arose during the seminars!
